Are you passionate about promoting health and safety in the workplace? We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Supervisor to join our team. As a Wellness Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in contributing to our corporate employee wellness promotion strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, execution and post-event evaluation of company-wide employee wellness initiatives as directed;
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive health campaigns, including annual flu vaccination drives, smoking cessation incentives, and targeted mental health awareness activities;
- Assess site-specific health needs across various projects to design tailored health promotion proposals;
- Drive occupational health awareness by launching health programs and collaborating with medical associations to deliver health talks and other health events;
- Conduct health screenings to assess medical risk factors and behavioral well-being and offer professional guidance and medical referrals when appropriate;
- Serve as a key coordinator for company recreational activities and internal sports clubs to boost organizational engagement;
- Support ad hoc projects and assignments, including event management, research, data analysis and other administrative duties as required;
- Occasional work outside normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays, may be required.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Nursing;
- Enrolled Nurse with 3 years’ work experience (can be gained in an in-house setting or in the healthcare sector);
- Registered Nurse will be advantageous;
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical law;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS PowerPoint and Canva;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred;
- Strong systematic problem-solving capabilities and an adaptive growth mindset;
- Strong sense of accountability and professional ethics, as well as a high level of self-motivation.
