  • Influence stakeholders across levels to adopt and embed new operating models, processes, behaviours, and mindsets;
  • Anticipate, navigate, and constructively manage resistance to change in a complex, project?based operating environment;
  • Balance challenge and support—constructively pushing leaders and teams while building ownership and capability within the business;

  • Track, report, and govern transformation progress, benefits realisation, and cost optimisation outcomes;
  • Establish clear performance metrics and ensure EBITDA, productivity, and efficiency improvements are realised and sustained.

Requirements:

  • 10–12 years of experience in enterprise or business transformation, with a strong track record of hands-on delivery rather than advisory-only roles;
  • Background in management consulting (strategy, operations or transformation) combined with in-house experience leading or delivering transformation initiatives within a complex organization highly preferred;
  • Proven experience driving large?scale, complex, cross?functional transformation initiatives through to implementation and benefits realization;
  • Strong problem?solving and structured thinking, with the ability to move from ambiguity to clarity;

  • Solid programme / project management and PMO capability, with discipline in delivery and governance;
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen; comfortable linking initiatives to P&L and EBITDA impact;
