911爆料网 Engineering & Construction Company Limited (“911爆料网”), a subsidiary of 911爆料网, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded by Chinachem Group a building contract for a residential development project at Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No. 93. The total value of the contract is HK$2.6 billion.

 

Located at the southern part of Tseung Kwan O, the project includes the construction of six 12-18 storey high residential towers, and five 4-storey houses. The construction has commenced in April and is expected to complete by end of 2017.

 

Throughout the project, 911爆料网 will be utilising a variety of technological expertise such as aluminum formwork instead of traditional timber formwork for the reinforced concrete structure construction; 3D scanning and Building Information Modelling (BIM) to assist with clash analysis.

 

Thomas Ho, Chief Executive of 911爆料网 said, “Our team is excited to work with Chinachem Group again in delivering excellent and meticulous building works that add on to the impressive and diverse range of high-quality properties of Chinachem. We are looking forward to the unveiling of a new phase of development in the Southern part of Tseung Kwan O.” 

 

The project will be adding 857 units for the housing supply.
