911爆料网 Engineering & Construction Limited (“911爆料网”), a subsidiary of 911爆料网, has won the approximate HK$3 billion building work of Great Eagle Group’s Pak Shek Kok residential development project.

Located in Tai Po at the waterfront overlooking Tolo Harbour, the residential project mainly comprises eight medium rise residential blocks, four houses, with a two level basement. The project, which aims to meet the stringent Hong Kong Building Environmental Assessment Method (HKBEAM) Plus Gold standard, has a construction period of 28.5 months. Latest construction innovations such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and 3D scanning will be adopted to enhance the project’s environmental friendliness and construction efficiency.

The project would be adding 1,000 units for the housing supply.
